By accessing or using PredictCup ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by TechKitab and is hosted at worldcup.techkitab.com.

2. Description of Service

PredictCup is a free-to-play football score prediction platform for the FIFA World Cup 2026. Users may submit predicted scorelines for matches, earn points for accurate predictions, and compete on a global leaderboard. The Service includes an AI-assisted prediction feature limited to 3 uses per user per day.

3. No Gambling

PredictCup is strictly for entertainment purposes. No real money is staked, wagered, or won through the Service. All points on the leaderboard are virtual and carry no monetary value. The Service does not constitute gambling under any jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to submit predictions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address. You may not create multiple accounts or use automated means to submit predictions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) use automated scripts or bots to submit predictions or interact with the Service; (e) attempt to manipulate the leaderboard.

6. Intellectual Property

The PredictCup name, logo, design, and code are the property of TechKitab. FIFA World Cup team names, logos, and tournament data are the property of their respective owners. PredictCup is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA or any national football federation.

7. AI Predictions

AI-generated predictions are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI predictions. You use AI predictions at your own discretion.

8. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are subject to Google's advertising policies. PredictCup is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that predictions will be processed correctly. Match scores and kickoff times are sourced from third parties and may occasionally be inaccurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

TechKitab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed zero, as the Service is provided free of charge.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
